Good employees are the foundation of a successful business. The Compass Group is very keen to ensure that employees in the businesses and the Service Centre receive the training they need and have opportunities for personal development.

A good working atmosphere in our businesses is important to us. That’s why we offer guidance and support to our employees, with the goal of enabling them not only to cope better with their daily challenges but also to enjoy doing so. A central part of this is our terms of employment, including five weeks’ holiday, 16 weeks’ maternity leave, two weeks’ paternity leave and regulated yet flexible staff planning.

Health management

With our workplace health management programme, our focus is on the employees and ensuring that their ability to work is maintained in the long term. Healthy employees are, after all, the key to every company’s success. That’s why Compass Group Switzerland is not only a signatory to the national collective bargaining agreement, it has also been awarded the Friendly Work Space label by Health Promotion Switzerland. Before this label is awarded, a range of criteria is assessed to ensure that the company has achieved the following goals: a performance-enhancing work environment, better working conditions and greater awareness of workplace health management.
