This includes a working environment that guarantees occupational health and safety, as well as a training programme that is continuously expanded and generally open to non-employees as well.

A good working atmosphere in our businesses is important to us. We therefore offer guidance and support to our employees, with the goal of enabling them not only to better master their daily challenges, but also to enjoy their work. A central part of this is our fair and versatile terms of employment, with five weeks of holiday, 16 weeks of maternity leave and regulated yet flexible staff planning.

Health management

With our workplace health management programme, our focus is on the employees and the long-term retention of their ability to work. Healthy employees are, after all, the key to every company’s success. That’s why Compass Group Switzerland is not only a signatory of the national collective bargaining agreement (L-GAV) but has also been awarded the Friendly Work Space label by Health Promotion Switzerland. Before this label is awarded, a range of criteria are assessed to ensure that the company has achieved the following goals: a performance-enhancing working environment, better working conditions and greater awareness of workplace health management.

Talent management

We want to give all of our employees the opportunity to make the most of their potential and realise their ambitions during their career with us. To ensure this, we offer our employees horizontal or vertical promotion options within the company, providing the necessary internal training and even access to external professional development courses.
