During this one-day course, our employees will learn everything they need to actively contribute to food safety, occupational health and safety, sustainability and our corporate culture.

Our operations managers have numerous points of contact with the Service Centre departments. On this day, our new operations managers will get to know their Service Centre partners and learn all about the regular tasks they perform and what will be expected of them in this regard.

This training is designed to prepare people to be able to assume occupational health and safety duties. The course meets the requirements of the Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety (FCOS) and is based on the industry solution “Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz im Gastgewerbe” (Occupational Health & Safety in the Hotel & Restaurant Industry).

This course teaches our employees everything they need to know about working with the SAP In-Unit System (IUS).

MAP is the most important planning instrument used by the Compass Group. Various MAP domains are used to manage and control all areas of the business. This course familiarises our executives with the various MAP domains, so that they understand how these domains are related and how they can have a positive impact on their operating results.

Taking on a management role can be a major challenge and requires a person to consciously expand how they think about their role. What combination of attributes should a good leader possess? What makes a good role model? How can employees be motivated to consistently do their best? This course answers all of these questions.
